[more…]I was really just trying to figure out where I could get milk. I don’t know who gave me the Gaithersburg HELP phone number, and I didn’t really know how Gaithersburg HELP worked, but I finally just called. I am so grateful I did, because at least we have some food now. We are so appreciative. Blessings to all.
I am a single mother, and a domestic worker. I have not had as much work since the pandemic. Also, my SNAP benefits were not renewed, because a document was missing, so it has been hard. I am trying to get food where I can. The food we get from Gaithersburg HELP is excellent.
I’ve had very little work, and because offices were closed, I am only receiving benefits for one child and not the second. A friend of mine gave me this number, and it has been a huge help for the food and diapers.
Thank you so much for the food you provide to me and my family. I am not working and it is very difficult to make ends meet. I have a child with special needs and I take care of her. Thank you so much.
Gaithersburg HELP is an excellent organization. I am very grateful for what it does for the Gaithersburg community. We have been living here for over two years and you have helped us get stable with our needs. I hope that one day I can volunteer there and pay back some of the help I have received. Thank you!
I just wanted to say thank you for all your help. We received a number of your packages here at our house. I’m mostly recovered from COVID. I tested negative and just have a little cough. I no longer need the food help, but I really appreciate everything you were able to do for me and for my daughter, who is doing really well. I can’t thank you guys enough and I really am appreciative.
For me, it’s the best pantry I’ve ever visited and they give you good stuff! They are so organized. They are also very pleasant.
Gaithersburg HELP is an all-volunteer organization that provides basic needs assistance to people and families in the Gaithersburg area. We work right here in our own community and can respond quickly to give timely help for vital services.
