Providing direction and support to our volunteers
Leadership responsibilities at Gaithersburg HELP include serving on the Executive Committee.
The Gaithersburg Help Leadership Team provides direction and support to our volunteers as they carry out day-to-day operations.
These individuals perform a variety of tasks, including:
- Managing HELP’s annual budget
- Serving on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, or as Delegates from our member congregations
Our Executive Director and Assistant Executive Director hold the primary leadership roles at Gaithersburg HELP, acting as resources for our volunteers in many different capacities.
These are elected positions requiring a significant time commitment.
